Beaver Property Ltd is a privately owned company providing homes to rent for professionals and families.
We believe in establishing long term relationships with our tenants so they feel secure in their home; working together to ensure the property is maintained to the required standard for both tenant and landlord.
This can only be achieved with good lines of communication, which is why we personally oversee all aspects of the rental process; from taking viewings and interviews to dealing with our tenants and their requirements directly.
We also understand how important it is for tenants to be able to feel that they can report issues and that they will be dealt with promptly, so we also provide an online service through our website with a login area for our tenants to be able to report anything they need to.
We believe combining all these elements ensures that our houses provide homes that offer our tenants comfort and security.
